FACS SMS Notifications — Opt-In Policy

FACS sends SMS text messages only to its own employees and managers for internal operations: work-order assignment notifications, acknowledgment links, and preventive-maintenance schedule digests. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never message customers or the general public under this program.

How opt-in works

To enroll, an employee texts the keyword START to +1 (239) 360-6784 from the mobile number where they want to receive notifications. This page is the program notice for that opt-in. Texting START creates a timestamped consent record. This is the sole opt-in method — there is no web-form or QR-code opt-in. Enrolling is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.
