FACS is an internal field-service platform used by Florida Auto Care Systems, Inc. to manage work orders, equipment maintenance, and related operations. This policy covers the FACS application and its SMS notification program.
FACS stores work information for employees and business contact information for the dealership customers we service: names, work email addresses, mobile phone numbers, job roles, and records of service activity. Accounts are created by a manager; there is no self-service signup.
Mobile phone numbers are used solely to deliver FACS operational notifications (such as work-order assignments and daily schedule digests) to enrolled employees. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are never sold, rented, or shared for any purpose.
Message frequency varies based on work activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Data is stored with access limited to authorized personnel. Service photos and signatures are stored privately and served only through expiring, signed links.
